Formed in 2009, The Precious Moments deliver a high-wire circus act of comedy pop, complete with clever lyrics and frenetic showmanship that is certain to delight. The band is fronted by uber-charismatic front man Adam Voss, ex-leader of San Francisco's Adam Has Crabs and Chicago's own The Sissy Drinkers. Inured in the Chicago Music scene, Lead Guitarist Chris Brandt hollows out the core with his refreshingly musical sensibility, while established tug-boat Dan DeMichele drives incongruously propulsive bass behind the hard-to-define mix. Washing it all down, former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, Mark Janus, pounds home the rhythm with syncopated beats that will keep you on your feet.
